El mEjOR CoNCiErTo

Hola a todos ayer fue el Concierto Rock pa'l Sureste organizado por el grupo Café Tacvba y los grupos que estuvieron tocando aparte de los Tacubos fueron Molotov, Zoé y Maldita Vecindad este se realizo en el Bosque de Tlalpan alas 5:00pm el concierto fue con motivo para ayudar a los estados de Chiapas y Tabasco por las inundaciones en el mes de noviembre.

El primer grupo que subio al escenario fue Zoé el cual toko , love, no me destruyas entre otras por una hora, el segundo fue ni más ni menos que Molotov tocaron 10 canciones la primera fue Amateur, después Here We Kum, Marciano versión cumbianchera y punketona, Chinga tu madre, Matate tete, Yofo, Frijolero, Gimme tha power y cerraron con Puto, el tercero en escena fue Café Tacvba con la canción Gracias, No controles, Las flores, Chica banda,Ingrata, Volver a empezar despues regresaron al escenario a tocar dos rolitas por ultimo que fueron Eres y El baile y el Salón. La banda que cerro el concierto fue la Maldita Vecindad que tocaron las rolas El tieso y la negra soledad, Pachuco, Pata de perro, Don Palabras,Ya Lo pasado pasado, Morenaza, Un poco de Sangre, No les creo Nada y cerraron con la canción Kumbala.

EStuvo muy chido el concierto no hay palabras para describirlo, en el cual hubo mucha gente todos coreando las canciones de estos grupos super chingones.

El grupo que fue más coreado desde la primera canción hasta la ultima fue Molotov. Maldita vecindad armo chido el baile y hasta hubo gente que se subio al escenario a formar el circulo de paz como dice Rocco, Los tacubos estuvieron chidos pero les falta un poko más, el grupo menos animado fue Zoé, comentarios que escuche de la gente es que aburrio, solo las chavas corearon sus canciones.

Butch Vig, el productor de discos tan influyentes como el Nevermind de Nirvana y Siamese Dream de Smashing Pumpkins, decidió que quería formar un grupo y pidió a sus compañeros productores Marker y Erikson que se unieran a él. Después de que el grupo viera a Shirley Manson en MTV (Shirley participó en otros proyectos como Goodbye, Mr. MacKenzie y Angelfish), le pidieron que se uniera al grupo como vocalista. Su nombre se deriva de aparentemente "sonido basura" en sus canciones. Otra anécdota relacionada con el origen del nombre es que Butch Vig contribuyó con un remix en el álbum Fixed de Nine Inch Nails que, según un rumor, Trent Reznor calificó de basura (garbage).

Sus letras, emocionales y llenas de rabia, contrastan con su pop/rock alternativo, lo que hizo al grupo particularmente popular entre jóvenes. Garbage utiliza samples, bucles electrónicos, guitarras muy "grunge", y muchos otros efectos para producir temas melódicos, distintivos por la sensual voz de la cantante escocesa Shirley Manson. Horrible Blackout Nobody Can See At Nigths

Bueno pues estos últimos días han sido "algo" oscuros o mejor dicho muy oscuros -LoL- por tal motivo algo Horrible para tener a la par con la oscuridad -ñaca.ñaca- Por si no los conocen esta es una muy buena oportunidad de escuchar esta pieza con tintes góticos llamado Sheena Is A Parasite, de hecho estuvieron este año en el Manifest que se efectúo allá por Santa Fé, México.

The Horrors son un quinteto de garage rock con temáticas de horror que se formó en el verano de 2005. Editaron su álbum debut Strange House el 5 de Marzo de 2007 y llegó al número 37 en las listas de popularidad británicas. Han contraído una opinión polarizada en la escena musical debido a su vestimenta inusual y su inspiración musical oscura.

Pues me enteré de su existencia gracias a la revista Sonika la cual los traía en portada diciendo LA NUEVA SNK ESTÁ HORRIBLE!!!! a lo cual pensé -cha!!! y eso?? ya no se apoyán entre ellos?? (hablando de la revista) Nel, pues era acerca de este grupo londisense.

"Did My Time" is a song by Korn and the first single from their sixth album, "Take a Look in the Mirror", as well as a promo single for the movie Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life.

This song is a leftover from 2002's Untouchables. James "Munky" Shaffer had written the main riff and was playing it everyday, and producer Michael Beinhorn couldn't stand it. A 27 años de la muerte de John Lennon hemos oído alguna vez canciones de The Beatles o simplemente en su faceta de solista. Una de esas canciones es la de Across The Universe la cual había escuchado con la interpretación de Fiona Apple .De sus canciones, cabe destacar un sonido acústico con base en instrumentos antiguos y los arcaísmos de sus letras. Cuando la escuché me encantó mucho la interpretación que hace, después de buscar la letra y saber un poco más de ella me encuentro que fué escrita por Lennon.

Siempre me había preguntado que significaba la palabra Beatle, hasta que hoy encontré esta info: En 1960 el grupo reaparece con el nombre "Long John and the Silver Beatles", para luego probar con "The Silver Beatles" y finalmente "The Beatles". La explicación del nombre proviene de un juego de palabras del propio Lennon, que combinó Beat (ritmo) con Beetle (escarabajo).

Sobre Fiona Apple:
Sus opiniones sobre la sordidez del mundo de la música y la aceptación de los premios que éste le brinda han sido bastante criticadas. Joy Division y el tributo de The Killers called Shadowplay

Bueno pues ayer que ya me iba a la escuela tomé como siempre mi camioncito y lo que me sorprendió bastante fue que estuviera oyendo Reactor 105.7, al principio no le presté atención a lo que el driver iba escuchando pues yo iba muy tranquilo oyendo música -shalala.shalala-


Estaba oyendo algo de Joy Division la de Shadowplay para ser más exactos y de pronto oigo que también se escuchaba la versión que hacen The Killers a este tema -órale, pensé que buena onda, yo oyendo la versión original y el chofer oyendo la nueva versión,- la cual no esta nada mal. Así que por este motivo les pongo ambas versiones, primero la de Joy Division y posteriormente unas versiones de The Killers, chequenlas.



Sobre Joy Division:
Fue una banda fundadora del sonido que después sería conocido como Dark, formada en 1976 en Salford, Gran Manchester. Con su sonido cavernoso y oscuro, y su uso de las guitarras, su vibrante bajo, y de la electrónica, fundaron el Dark a finales de los 70 y como si fuera poco Joy Division sirvio como la principal referencia para que otras bandas como The Cure, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, etc. empezaran a desarollar este sonido oscuro y así nació la música Gótica y la Subcultura gótica. Se disolvió en mayo de 1980 tras el suicidio de su cantante, Ian Curtis. El resto del grupo crearon , New Order . Un par de meses después consiguieron aún más éxito del que ya habían obtenido con el single "Love Will Tear Us Apart" y el lp Closer (que llego hasta el top-ten británico), editado posteriormente al suicidio de su vocalista.

Sound Of Silver Punk-Funk Neoyorkino [Que No Se Pudo Disfrutar En El Corona Music Fest]

Bueno resulta que el día de ayer se llevó a cabo el Corona Music Fest en el Estadio Azteca, teniendo un amplio cartel, pero el artita que todos esperaban con ansias ver era sin duda Iggy Pop. Después de un comunicado que había salido que siempre NO se iba a realizar por que el América jugaba un partido en su cancha un día antes y que por tal motivo se iba a dejar hasta mediados del próximo año la realización del evento -bla.bla.bla-.

Cuando oí la noticia por Ibero 90.9 el locutor que estaba conduciendo su program estaba que se lo llevaba la chingada, por que tenía muchas ganas de ver a Iggy, así que maldecía el hecho de que se iba a cancelar el evento. Pero ese mismo día salió otro comunicado diciendo que siempre SÍ se iba a efectuar así que todos contentos por esta noticia se logró llevar a cabo el Fest.

Entre las bandas que me hubiera gustado ver Live estan:

LCD Soundsystem se inicia como proyecto personal de James Murphy y Tim Goldsworthy, dos neoyorquinos admiradores de Suicide, New Order, Daft Punk y The PLOOM !!!, entre otros. En 2000, decidieron crear un sello, The DFA, para editar su propia música y la química empezó a fluir. Que tranza bandera... ahora disfrutaremos de esta "rola" del soundtrack de la pelicula de "M&M".
8 Mile es una película protagonizada por Eminem (Marshall Mathers), Kim Basinger y Brittany Murphy. Se estrenó en noviembre de 2002. Eminem grabó algunas canciones para la banda sonora, incluyendo el tema Lose Yourself, que ganó un Oscar a la mejor canción.

Esta película en la que Eminem interpreta el papel de Jimmy Smith, retrata un fragmento de la vida de un joven de Detroit (EE. UU.), conocido como B-Rabbit. Ya hace tiempo que no oía a Rammstein y pues recordando una canción de estos alemanes, mmmm hace un buen que ví este video -jeje- se trata ni más ni menos que de Du Hast que menciondado de la wiki dice esto:

Debo decirles que en un principio no me gustaban pero al escuchar la canción "Got the Life" mi gusto por este excelente grupo cambio y aunque uno de sus intengrantes Brian "Head" Welch - guitarra (desde 1993 hasta febrero de 2005) salio del gurpo Korn no ha perdido su esencia ni sonido al contrario sigue mejorando y podemos darnos cuenta en sus actuales canciones, que bueno que ellos no cayeron en el error de buscar otro guitarrista como Limp Bizkit que en cierta forma al querer remplazar a Wes Borland nada mas se afresaron y no hubo mucho de que hablar a mi gusto.

Yo de nuevo en este traquilo domingo navegando por la internet ahora mas del album American Idiot el video es Boulervad of broken Dreams que por cierto esta canción la escuchamos de fondo en la serie Smollville creo que el la tercera temporada en un capitulo cuando Clark tiene que salvar a su amiga Cloe y al mismo tiempo jugar y ganar con los Cuervos y desde luego el protagonista puede con las dos cosas pero antes tambien escuchamos al final de otro capitulo esta canción cuando Clark se da cuenta de que no puede estar con Lana . Ohh que tragedia jijijij

Con esta canción me siento identificada y pienso que muchas mas personas tambien esos de Green Day si que se la rifan o a poko no???. Asi que esta es una de mis favoritas del grupo

Green Day es una banda estadounidense de Punk Rock, originaria de Berkeley, California, Estados Unidos. Formada en 1989, fueron los impulsores de la segunda oleada del punk, tras los años 80's, cuando grabaron en el año de 1994 el álbum Dookie, su tercer disco. Está formada por Billie Joe Armstrong (voz y guitarra), Mike Dirnt (bajo y coros) y Tré Cool(batería). Los miembros de apoyo son Jason White (guitarra), Jason Freese (teclado y saxofón), y Ronnie Blake (trompeta).
