Hace rato al ingresar a la url de youtube para buscar algo de la vieja escuela con Limp Bizkit en particular la canción de Counterfeit nomás para recordar aquellos ayeres pues veo que en la portada del tubo se encontraba en particular el siguiente vídeo el cual atrajo mi atención y al reproducirlo para ver de qué se trataba veo que no está tan mal y de hecho pensé que era de una banda que hace poco postée por acá, sin embargo no es así según esto son "otros" llamados Boots Electric.


Pues entonces chequen el siguiente vídeo el cual hace referencias a varias películas pero con un toque un tanto "porn" :P







Buscando algo de info sobre esta 'banda' en la wikipedia, veo que efectivamente éste dude es el frontman de Eagles of Death Metal, pero esta vez este proyecto lo hace de forma solista :O

Jesse "The Devil" Hughes (born September 24, 1972) is an American musician from Greenville, South Carolina. He is known as the frontman of the California-based rock band, Eagles of Death Metal. He cites Little Richard as his biggest musical influence and inspiration.


Eagles of Death Metal
Hughes and Homme formed Eagles of Death Metal in 1998. Hughes credits Homme with saving his life, claiming that during the recording of the second Eagles of Death Metal album Death By Sexy, he fell into serious drug addiction and that Homme not only drove him to rehabilitation, but paid for it as well.


Other projects
Hughes is one of the characters in the book Sex Tips from Rock Stars by Paul Miles published by Omnibus Press in July 2010.


In September 2011, Hughes released his first solo album under the nickname Boots Electric. The album, Honkey Kong, was released on Dangerbird Records.He played his first show in Columbus, Ohio, on August 12, 2011, at the CD 101 Summerfest Eve. On December 6, 2012 Jesse Hughes became an ordained minister with the Universal One Church. In 2015, Hughes appeared in the Björn Tagemose-directed silent film Gutterdämmerung, starring Iggy Pop, Grace Jones, Lemmy and Henry Rollins.

conociendo nuevos bits

El día de ayer me encontraba sin mucho qué hacer por lo que decidí estar vagando en la web ya que hace mucho que no gastaba mi tiempo doing that :P Para esto pues me decido a abrir la aplicación en web de Deezer pues me encanta que se 'comparta' lo que estoy escuchando, inicialmente no tenía muy decidido qué quería escuchar por lo que al ingresar al portar decido dar un scroll-down para ver qué había de bueno, si acaso hubiese algunos nuevos álbumes que se ofrecieran o compilaciones.

La cosa fue que inicialmente veo que hay una compilación de lo mejor de Molotov por lo que decido darle play y dejar fluir las canciones; era momento de ir a comer así que dejé que ese playlist se estuviera reproduciendo sin que lo estuviera escuchando. Al regresar decido entonces cambiar de aires, era hora de poner algo en inglés, sigo dando scroll-down para ver qué show y me encuentro con un compilado que menciona traer artistas como Gorillaz, The White Stripes, en fin, gustos musicales que me encantan :) por lo que lo selecciono y empiezo a oírlos.


En cierto momento y en algunos casos paso a la siguiente pista, realmente no recuerdo bien cuál track iba antes de este nuevo descubrimiento musical ya que ahí lo dejé para estar escuchando, cuando escucho que esta nueva pista tiene un ritmo bastante pegajoso de inmediato acudo a ver el nombre de aquellos que la interpretan, al ver el nombre la verdad es que no los conocía, de inmediato a darle fav y añadir ese compilado a mi biblioteca musical (obviamente también a realizar un screenshot para tenerlo como evidencia)


Pues sin más aquí anda esa rola que me fascinó llamada I Only Want You de una banda que se hace llamar Eagles Of Death Metal, disfrútenla al igual que yo, see ya!
