The Offspring

The Offspring es una de las bandas punk rock más exitosas de la historia con alrededor de 40 millones de discos vendidos. El grupo proviene de Orange County, California, originalmente formado en 1984. Actualmente está integrada por Dexter Holland, vocalista y guitarrista rítmico, Noodles, guitarrista, Greg K, bajista y Pete Parada, batería. A pesar de que básicamente son una banda de punk y de rock alternativo incorporan muchos estilos como ska, grunge, hard rock, heavy metal y hardcore entre otros. Se les clasifica también como hardcore melódico, estilo al que contribuyeron substancialmente a propagar por todo el mundo*.
