"Did My Time" is a song by Korn and the first single from their sixth album, "Take a Look in the Mirror", as well as a promo single for the movie Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life.

This song is a leftover from 2002's Untouchables. James "Munky" Shaffer had written the main riff and was playing it everyday, and producer Michael Beinhorn couldn't stand it. In early 2003, Korn completed the whole song, and caught attention of Paramount Pictures who wanted to use it in the movie Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. However, this song was released as a single for the movie and a video featuring Angelina Jolie was shot; it didn't appear on the motion picture soundtrack, due to certain clauses in Jonathan Davis with his record company at the time.

"Did My Time" is the only Korn single, so far, that has managed to achieve a top 40 peak on the Billboard Hot 100, at #38, due to physical CD sales. It was also successful on the Modern Rock and Mainstream Rock charts.

Letra de: Did My Time
Realize that I can never win
Sometimes I feel like I have failed
Inside where do i begin
My mind is laughing at me

Tell me why am I to blame on me
Both will be the same, that's why
I will never change this thing that's burning in me

I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldnt last
I feel the life pulled me free
I feel the anger changing me

Sometimes I can never tell
If I got something that remains
That's why I just hang in grief
Or this I just let me be

Tell me why am i to blame on me
Both will be the same, that's why
I will never change this thing that's burning in me

I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldnt last
I feel the life pulled me free
I feel the anger changing me

Betrayed,
I feel so insane
I really tried
I did my time
I did my time
I did my time

I did my time
I did my time

I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldnt last
I feel the life pulled me free
I feel the anger changing me

Oh god the anger changing me
Oh god the anger changing me
