Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness es el tercer álbum de estudio de la banda de rock alternativo estadounidense The Smashing Pumpkins, lanzado el 24 de octubre de 1995 por medio de la compañía discográfica Virgin Records. El álbum de veintiocho pistas se lanzó en formatos CD doble y triple vinilo y fue producido por el líder de la banda Billy Corgan junto a Flood y Alan Moulder. El álbum contiene una gran diversidad de estilos, además de incorporar más peso musical por parte del bajista D'arcy Wretzky y el segundo guitarrista James Iha que los trabajos previos.


Precedido del sencillo "Bullet with Butterfly Wings", el álbum debutó en el número uno de la lista del Billboard 200, siendo la primera y última vez que lo consiguiera la banda. Se extrajeron cuatro sencillos más -"1979"; "Zero"; "Tonight, Tonight"; y "Thirty-Three" — a lo largo de 1996 y ha sido certificado nueve veces platino por la RIAA.

Otra rola chida...

Hace un buen rato que salió esta descarga: “The Smashing Pumpkins Track Pack”, para el game GH: WT, que contiene las siguientes canciones:

03. G.L.O.W.

La neta es que solo había escuchado la primera rola, a la segunda no le había puesto atención, la última es un tema nuevo.

Me hice del pack para tocar la primer canción, ya que me late un buen, las otras las aísle y no las había tocado. Un día quise interpretar algo diferente, y vi las melodías citadas, haber que pedo con estas rolas, y pues si están chidas, bueno la ultima no me gusto mucho, pero la segunda si fue/es de mi agrado.

Improvisando

En esta fecha de celebración (para algunas personas), no había nada que celebrar, en eso se recibe una llamada que hacia una invitación interesante, pasarla bien toda la noche, nos dijimos vamos o no, sin pensarlo más procedimos a ir a tal lugar, a pasarla bien con amigos y familiares.



Este video me recuerda cuando éramos niños (mis primos y yo) y nos juntábamos para echar el fútbol y desmadre, que se prolongaba horas y horas…
