Este día como siempre llegando al job por la mañana después de "algo" que me causo mucho odio, rencor y rabia lo cual tuve que solucionarlo faster ese acto cúlero no podía quedarse así como así ... como sea esa parte amarga del día fuck off!


Ya era hora de seguirle con esa fuckin data base a ver qué salía hoy pero para ello un poco de música porque en el ambiente sonaba música que por momentos estuvo chida y tal vez acorde a lo que sentía por la mañana {obviamente no era la música que suelo escuchar}. Preparé entonces mi shuffle para escuchar algo {lo de siempre -jajaja-} y en eso me voy topando con una rola que inicia bien chingona!


Trato de entender qué shit decía el "speakable" pero nomás no le atinó bien, entiendo frases como: "waiting for train" ... "to dissapear" ... "to be is" resultados fallidos en conclusión en mi búsqueda con el buen Google; procedo entonces a preguntarle a mi buen amiga si lo conocía pesando que sí, que tal vez ella fue quien me pasó esa canción.


Pero pues no, igual me pregunta que quiénes son, a lo cual le hago mención de que no se, que esperaba que ella me dijera -jajaja- inmediatamente trata de buscar en la web frases que al principio daban resultados negativos de igual forma trataba de entender al "speakable" pero pues no.


Llegó un momento en el que creyó tener la canción y la letra obviamente, me dijo que se trataba de Air con su canción All I Need, me dijo que esa era que la letra coincidía bastante -- no manches a poco sí es? -- le hice mención, sí -afirma ella- mira la letra!


No pues si es (al leer la letra), pero esa de Air suena diferente -le digo- pues a de ser un cover -me dice- a ver dejame oírla -jojojo- no manches te equivocaste esta no es, es la anterior ... fail!! No pasaron muchos minutos cuando mágicamente le atinó en descubrir qué artista era y que canción era, el resultado de tan semejante hazaña fue:

Electrelane were a British all-female indie rock band, formed in Brighton, England in 1998 by Verity Susman and Emma Gaze. The band comprised Susman, Gaze, Mia Clarke, and Ros Murray. Their music draws from wide range of influences including Neu!, Stereolab, Sonic Youth, and The Velvet Underground. Although the band has strong feminist and political views in their personal lives, they generally preferred to not communicate that directly to their fans or through their music; one exception is their inclusion of the protest song "The Partisan," which they began playing while on tour in the United States during the months preceding the 2004 Presidential election. The band, when playing live, had a reputation for a focused and thrilling show that minimized audience interaction and rarely included more than one encore.


Electrelane went on indefinite hiatus in 2007.
