the dentist 2 : brace yourself

Pues andaba checando apenas hace un par de días atrás (mmm creo que fue el domingo) las "nuevas" cosas que hay en netflix y más que nuevas viendo si acaso había algo que no hubiese checado a partir del mes que tuve que dejarlo por causas de fuerza.


Fue así que navegando entre las opciones de todas las categorias llego a esta que se hace llamar "películas de terror" comienzo a verlas hasta toparme con una un tanto particular por la categoría en la que se está basando, a lo que me refiero es acerca de la ocupación del susodicho personaje principal y que en él giraría toda la trama y es que más que oirse interesante decidí(mos) verla por algo muy particular y personal (Lo).


Entonces también sugiriendo esta para verla es que la noche de ayer nos la pasamos viéndola, a ver qué tal estaba esta segunda parte que es la única que trae ya que nunca había (al menos yo) escuchado de ella esperando que tuviera sus momentos de miedo pero la verdad es que no es así es más bien como de "terror-comedia". Y bueno al tratarse de un dentista tenía que hacer ciertas referencias a mi acompañante -jejeje- obviamente no podia escaparse de las analogías que en repetidas ocasiones le llegaba a hacer, así que en vez de darnos miedo era más motivo de risa.

The Dentist 2 (also known as The Dentist 2: Brace Yourself) is a 1998 American horror film, and sequel to the 1996 film The Dentist.


Dr. Alan Feinstone is in the maximum security mental hospital he was sentenced to at the end of the first film. While talking to the facility's psychiatrist, he remembers the murders he committed in his own mind, while convincing the doctor that it was another man who did those things. His remorseful story distracts her from seeing him pull a sharpened tool that he stitched into his own leg, and he uses her as a hostage to escape the hospital. Feinstone's ex-wife Brooke is alive despite her missing tongue and inability to speak; she hires an investigator to find out where Alan has escaped to, believing that he had been putting away money before he went crazy. Brooke has in her possession some postcards that Alan had left behind, and she believes he is in one of those places ...














PS. A Lo le habían comentado acerca de una película de un dentista, pero me dice que no sabía que hubiera una parte 2.

PS3. Esperaba más terror de la película; final todo raro ¬¬
